This book gives you smart, easy ways to cut calories and increase nutrition in a fun readable style. Another idea is a relativly inexpensive set of exercise tubes from a sporting good store, or a second hand store such as Play It Again Sports.
Frankly, the best gift for a friend is a gift certificate created by you to commit to helping each other stay fit and healthy through weekly walks, classes, or weight training sessions, together!
